By using this website, you confirm that you are representing a registered business entity or are acting for professional trade purposes. Our services are intended for B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions.

• You acknowledge that submitting a sourcing request does not create a binding sales contract.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information regarding your identity and business requirements.

3. The Sourcing Process

Our role is to connect you with potential suppliers in China based on your requirements.

• We use our network and database to identify suitable factories.
• We conduct preliminary verification of suppliers (e.g., business license checks).
• No Guarantees: While we exercise due diligence, BEMD LTD does not guarantee the performance, production quality, or financial stability of any third-party supplier. The final decision to engage with a supplier rests with you.

4. Pricing & Quotations

All prices, quotations, and estimates provided through our platform or by our agents are indicative only.

• Prices are subject to market fluctuations, raw material costs, and exchange rates.
• Final pricing is only confirmed upon the issuance of a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) by the supplier or BEMD LTD (if acting as the export agent under specific agreement).

5. Payments

This website does not process automatic payments. All financial transactions regarding sourcing fees, commissions, or product purchases will be governed by separate written agreements (e.g., Service Agreement, Sales Contract) and must be made via bank transfer (T/T) or other agreed official channels.
